SPEAKER 2: Now, one of our other sponsors is CIA Auctions, Collector Investor Auctions. And they do a good job.

SPEAKER 2: And I wanted to share. For people who have never seen this auction house before.

SPEAKER 2: What their patients. Looks like. So this is their website.

SPEAKER 2: You see collector investor auctions and they're actually in the middle of an auction right now. So you can see some of the cards that are up for bid. The 68 Clemente and a nine. Is Gorgeous. Just great stuff.

SPEAKER 2: If you know Jeremy Dodson or Chris Sewell. They're the...

SPEAKER 2: Brain work behind this. So shout out. Shout out to them and appreciate their support.

SPEAKER 2: All right. Did it? Danny, you look like you lost some weight. Probably this week, Ruben.

SPEAKER 2: We're going to get into that in a second.

SPEAKER 2: Hello, Larry. Hello Hodges.

SPEAKER 1: You want to do it like Larry King would? Hello, Larry!

SPEAKER 2: Mm-hmm. Syracuse.

SPEAKER 2: Go. You Thank What number episode are we on?

SPEAKER 1: 40. 45.

SPEAKER 2: 45. What's the Mench discount code? They'll charge you more if you mention us, Mookie. The end Yeah. Yeah.

SPEAKER 2: But in all seriousness. There were some sleeper cards that went in the last auction.

SPEAKER 1: I know. I got to get on. All joking aside, I got to. I got to get on there. And Warren's here. Now the party has started.

SPEAKER 1: I have to get on there and see what I can do. See what. What's on there and like you said Clemente and the nine That's obviously a premium card. You don't need to hear it from me. Yep.

SPEAKER 2: No, they got good stuff. And they're good guys.

SPEAKER 2: Glad to have him part of it.

SPEAKER 1: And I gotta think. I got it. I think Clemente...

SPEAKER 1: Rookie 9 probably brings a little bit less on their side than a Heritage or a... You know Leland's or somewhere like that that has a a huge mailing list and and all that. And I don't mean any disrespect. I'm just like, get in. Get in now and maybe get some deals. So.

SPEAKER 2: Before the word gets out too much.

SPEAKER 1: Yeah Like, now's the best time. So.

SPEAKER 2: Yep Reuben Warren is in the house.

SPEAKER 2: So good to see friends.

SPEAKER 2: John, should I share what my week has been like, why I look so skinny and tired?

SPEAKER 1: Yeah, you might as well. You know what I mean? It's, it's.

SPEAKER 1: We talk about community, right? Kind of lift each other up. So.

SPEAKER 2: Well, that's exactly why... I wanted to talk about community and friends and friends in the hobby tonight. And how much we count on community and friends.

SPEAKER 2: In the last two weeks.

SPEAKER 2: Since the National, my mother had heart surgery, I had COVID, and my dad had a stroke.

SPEAKER 2: So that's been pretty much my last.

SPEAKER 1: Two three weeks and you had the room with me in cleveland That I remember John Cleaver. That started to hold. Think that started the whole.

SPEAKER 2: That was service mandated.

SPEAKER 2: But It's been a long couple of weeks, but I.

SPEAKER 2: Wanted to talk about Times in the hobby when we've helped friends, friends have helped us, cards that we've helped each other buy, cards we've looked for for each other.

SPEAKER 2: Anything so Thank you Yes. Mike Petty, the community is all at FanFest. Sorry, I have to go shoot a hockey puck. With Tom and Spike Slaps. With WWE star Kroc.

SPEAKER 1: I see that, right? Did he like... Break that case, too? I'm not that much. Piece of slab but the showcase itself.

SPEAKER 2: I'll admit, I did not see that today. I'll be up there tomorrow.

SPEAKER 1: Real quick I was too busy watching the Australian breakdancer. To watch Don't the Gronk thing multiple times. But I think he broke like... Think the dealers Showcase. I could be wrong, but like, dude, you're buying, I don't care what your name is. You're buying me a new showcase.

SPEAKER 2: Which, you know what I'm going to say to that.

SPEAKER 2: Yes.

SPEAKER 1: I gotta find another attitude to grind.

SPEAKER 2: Falls in there.

SPEAKER 2: So yes, everyone's going to be okay. This is not a pity party. We're here to have fun. We're here to talk cards.

SPEAKER 2: But we want to share stuff. Where friends have touched you in the hobby or. You know, somebody found a card they knew you would like and gave you a call, or you found a card. And sent it to somebody because you just knew they would like it. And that's really what the hobby is about and there's so many great stories out there John and I, you know, we've shared some of ours.

SPEAKER 2: And And Mike says, here you go.

SPEAKER 2: The PSA 10 one-on-one broke out and was damaged. They re-slapped it on site. Now it's a 9-1-1. Spiked by ground.

SPEAKER 1: So it only went down one grade after he slammed it?

SPEAKER 2: Dial. It sounds like Mike's on top of it.

SPEAKER 2: So.

SPEAKER 1: You know what? You know what? You know one thing I definitely like about Mike? Sometimes like that, you're not sure. Kidding or is that the actual truth?

SPEAKER 2: Well, that's why I said I'm not sure. It was like that. There we go.

SPEAKER 2: That simply so I wanted to start out with one of my favorite stories ever, just because. I knew nothing about this card. And evidently you had been looking for this card. It's a 33 Sport King.

SPEAKER 1: I got it with me. I won't show it just yet.

SPEAKER 2: And I was at Strongsville, this is I think two years ago.

SPEAKER 2: You called me up and you said... Just ask the dealers if they have. Whatever the name of the Yeah.

SPEAKER 2: Throw the card in.

SPEAKER 1: Let me just give a little tease. So you take 1933 Sport Kings, you're thinking of all the... Big guns. You know what I mean? This would not qualify. Under the big guns. It just... It was a card I wanted to add to my... Personal All right, that's all I want.

SPEAKER 2: And this is exactly what we're talking about. Warren says, Hodges just found me a bunch of 50s and 60s.

SPEAKER 2: Indians cards for my team set. Love hearing it.

SPEAKER 2: So anyway, so you call me up and you say. Get you look for look for this card I've never heard of that. I can't pronounce that.

SPEAKER 1: I've never. And one of the reasons is... I've never seen one. And. In person The ones that are online. Always seemed to be high grade and so high money. And I don't want to spend that. Kind of money. On this card And. So that was the problem. You don't see him in person. And the ones that are online are all the... See ya. Premium grades with a premium. Price tag. And I knew you were going to a vintage show.

SPEAKER 1: I was in Strong's. We have to... Go there. And I just said to you, literally shot in the dark, man. It's going to be a weird ask. What? This card And honestly... I, in my mind, I'm like, there's zero chance. He's going to get this. In Strongsville, but it's worth a flyer. It's word. You know. A shot in the dark. And you you i don't know if you called me or you texted me But you're like, is this it?

SPEAKER 2: Well, I think I asked... The dealer If I could take a picture because.

SPEAKER 2: It was a little bit of a strange request. You told me to ask for something specific.

SPEAKER 1: Yeah So you want me to show it now?

SPEAKER 2: Yeah, sure. Go for it.

SPEAKER 1: So it's the 19, obviously we talked about this, right? It's the 1933. Fort Kings gum. See, number 48 card. In the set and it's the leonard sapala and For those that...

SPEAKER 2: Don't know who leonard sapasa is we've heard of leonard sapala in the chat I would love to know if anybody...

SPEAKER 1: Well, he's arguably one of the greatest dog sled... Racers. But if you're not into dog sled. Well, what got me onto this card and the dog on the card? I wanted the dog.

SPEAKER 1: No disrespect to Mr. Cipolla. I wanted the card for the dog on the card. Which is a dog named Togo. Who's a legendary dog, so much so they... They taxed or deemed. Dermied him upon his death and they met Disney made a movie.

SPEAKER 1: It's togo movie with William Dafoe. And so, Len Ciccata, the former Oriole, by the way.

SPEAKER 1: But here it is. Now, you bought this. You got this for me, Ross. So I've subsequently. Obviously had SGC great at. See if I can get it without the glare.

SPEAKER 2: And Warren says, Leonard who? That's a great question.

SPEAKER 1: Yeah. Yeah, it's not. Fuck. Are they in a tent?

SPEAKER 2: Don't they call it a musher?

SPEAKER 1: Yeah, I guess so. Other than the Senate's in. You know what I mean? It's not. You know, it's not. Although we can make the... We can make the claim that he's the Babe Ruth. Of mushers. You know But there's Togo.

SPEAKER 1: Right there. And that's that. You know, that movie hit me. And I knew about this dog. And I'm like. This is a Togo rookie. Not expecting to get it.

SPEAKER 1: And he did, and that band...

SPEAKER 1: Grade it out as a two.

SPEAKER 2: Hey, if it fit the budget.

SPEAKER 1: Yeah, this is on my desk. That's why it was. At hand. And that's the stories, right, man? Like, that's a card I really like. And once more.

SPEAKER 2: Mookie with the comment of the day so far. I wonder if Tony will hit Red Heart.

SPEAKER 1: You Thank Well, I had a big heart. Yes. You haven't seen that movie. See togo like i i know it's sort of it's a disney movie it's not really a kids movie though A Disney main.

SPEAKER 1: Movie and i'm gonna i'm not gonna lie I watched that maybe this. Factored in. I watched that movie about... Two to three months after I lost my boxer.

SPEAKER 1: Named mocha And I was still. Feeling the loss. Of her presence in the house. And then I watched the movie Togo.

SPEAKER 1: And It just brought all sorts of emotion. And so then I... I said, man, you know... I've gotten into non-sports. I'm like, does this dog? Have a car is this dog appear on any cards I knew a lot of the churchmen. From the 30s and whatnot. Made like all sorts of different different things playing. I'm like... Their Togo card? That was really the only one I could find other than. Some postcards, like Ephraimera stuff.

SPEAKER 1: But so that's it. The Togo Rookie with... Leonard Cipolla, which I believe it's his. First card as well. There you go. And so that's. That card! Represents for me A lot of things, right? I asked you for a tall order. And you came through. You know Obviously, the story of Togo and Cipolla. And one other thing, I don't want to give the movie away. But he did something incredible. Things.

SPEAKER 2: I did something wrong.

SPEAKER 1: Well, thanks, Zestok. And for years they gave. Another dog that... Was in the same race that was on. Part of the leg. Way too much credit.

SPEAKER 1: That over Togo. So it's came out. You know, after the fact, like. Togo did. More of the miles and all that stuff. See the movie.

SPEAKER 1: And Iditarod is correct. Yep. In Alaska.

SPEAKER 1: And so that card has just so many different angles to it. Right you know It's just crazy. And again, it's not even a baseball player, right, or a football player.

SPEAKER 2: Let me guess, Togo turns into a real boy.

SPEAKER 2: I love you, Mook.

SPEAKER 1: Thank Thank I'll drink to that.

SPEAKER 2: Exactly. So that's one example.

SPEAKER 2: Of me getting to help you totally out of the dark. Totally randomly. By simply asking dealers if they have the 33 sport kings with the dog.

SPEAKER 1: How many weird looks did you get, I guess?

SPEAKER 2: Here we go. This is exactly. I haven't really... Helped anyone buy a card but I've been a lone wolf for many years. But I may have found my wolf pack. Well, Ruben. I actually wanted to bring up that the Mike Moynihan pointing out the dealer. That had the audit the Koufax autograph.

SPEAKER 2: Yep. Go And there's an example of friends, maybe both helping friends and peer pressuring friends.

SPEAKER 1: Don't you think better would have been if Moynihan bought this for me? Rather than just... Tell me where to spend $280. It's my last real purchase.

SPEAKER 1: In cleveland but Hey, listen. No, all joking aside.

SPEAKER 1: That's a great buy.

SPEAKER 1: He could have bought them all himself. You know what I mean? Like That's the story where like you share the. You share the deals.

SPEAKER 2: See you, Joe Rubin. You benefited from that.

SPEAKER 2: In fact... A lot of people will probably recognize this card.

SPEAKER 2: This is... Going to JSA.

SPEAKER 2: And when this gets authenticated, It'll be Kirby Puckett. Diamond Kings, obviously. Autographed Thank you.

SPEAKER 1: I'm laughing at Steve. It's all a comment. Yeah.

SPEAKER 1: Yeah, that was terrible.

SPEAKER 2: I'm going to spit on that comment.

SPEAKER 1: And then they blew a five-run lead. It's just apropos. For the whole evening.

SPEAKER 2: To blow it. Yeah and then This is an intro.

SPEAKER 1: We promise.

SPEAKER 2: So this is going to somebody. Who collects autographed Diamond Kings when this comes back.

SPEAKER 1: Slabbed.

SPEAKER 2: Thank you Thank you, Orlando.

SPEAKER 2: And Ruben says, I know I'm benefit and I'm thankful. The only problem is we're going to... I stand by this. Nobody paid for one for me. I was too slow on that.

SPEAKER 1: But you know, you said I have a Koufax autograph already.

SPEAKER 2: I do. Can you see the picture? It's the blue one up there.

SPEAKER 1: Yeah. No, I know, but I'm just saying it wasn't like you didn't have one. This is not the repeat of the Koufax rookie.

SPEAKER 2: No, but I am having a little bit of...

SPEAKER 2: Regret, FOMO.

SPEAKER 2: Well, except I've already missed out, so it's not fear. I did just miss out.

SPEAKER 2: Yes, Ruben, there's a reason it's going to JSA. Psa and I have already. Disagreed on this. So we'll see what happens. That's interesting that you had it on the same card.

SPEAKER 1: They don't like Puckett, apparently.

SPEAKER 2: I wonder if it has to do with Puckett or the Diamond Kings. That's interesting. Very, very interesting.

SPEAKER 1: Well if you have anything to do with the card you're grading you're grading the auto Well...

SPEAKER 2: All I want is authentic on the Oh, yeah.

SPEAKER 1: The diamond. Who's faking Diamond King cards?

SPEAKER 2: Yeah No, I'm with you. I'm with you on that.

SPEAKER 2: So this is one that's definitely going to help a friend. Now, not every helping a friend has to be free. There will be a cost involved in this. But there. I have some friends. Bye. Very much collect autographed diamond kings and so i hope it finds a better home I don't collect. Them. I appreciate them. But I don't collect them.

SPEAKER 2: And I wanted to find out just... You know, I'm feeling all sorts of sentimental today. And who else has helped?

SPEAKER 1: Well, listen, man.

SPEAKER 1: Listen.

SPEAKER 1: I could do this whole show by myself. Yeah.

SPEAKER 1: I'm not going to. Although I'm tempted.

SPEAKER 1: Well, let me just say this. I have been very blessed in having, in more ways. Than one just in things I get to do. Do People have sent me stuff. Un. Unsolicited? Would I just ask for my address without even telling me? And I'm like, hey. You know, you don't have to do anything like. No i want to do this and then i get especially a lot of Jackie Robinson cards. Especially modern stuff. Because I still collect even that stuff.

SPEAKER 1: You know When I didn't have... Here's something that really hit me in the...

SPEAKER 1: In the fields, as the kids say. You know, I got my Jackie.

SPEAKER 1: 48 Leaf. A couple years ago, the Grail card, it's behind me, I'm not gonna...

SPEAKER 1: You know. That's their show. It's on my shoulder. But I talked about that car a lot, even before I got it. Like, hey, this is the car. You know, someday maybe I'll get it. And I had. People and kids. Even kids that I... I knew. You know, like Rex is from the sports card shop. His son. Made A 48-leaf Jackie by hand. And signed it on the back, one-on-one. And a couple other. People do things like that.

SPEAKER 1: And I still have those. They're in kind of, I have a showcase on my desk here. So it's locked. But You know, even after I did get the Jackie. The significance And. You know what the what the that sentiment behind those.

SPEAKER 1: Handmade cards. Was not lost on me. Right And.

SPEAKER 1: You know i'm not gonna but when i got i think i got two or three of those type of cards and You know, I got choked, you know, chokes you up. Man. Like people. Took the time out of their day. To You know, get some colored pencils, measure things. And create this handmade card. Like. That's just That's just cool, and I'll never forget that. Thank you But... You know Dude.

SPEAKER 1: You know, and I've had other things. There's a bat. Behind me that was made after the first anniversary. Of the show by a listener. Who just asked for my address. He said, I'm sending you something. I love your show. Happy one year anniversary. And it's a wooden bat with like the Sports Card Nation logo etched in it. And says one year sports card. Like, that's cool. I don't, you know.

SPEAKER 1: The bobblehead was... Does Pablo have...

SPEAKER 2: Something simple. At 60 strikes, I waited just because I'm... Going for the wrong.

SPEAKER 1: This bobblehead, which is actually... Better looking than the real Newman. What's that? What's that?

SPEAKER 2: That's a generous compliment.

SPEAKER 1: And that person asked not to be identified. You He said, I love the show.

SPEAKER 1: I want to do something for you. And it was weird. He goes, The next thing we're about, and this is in an email. So, John, the next thing I'm about to ask. This is going to be really creepy, but trust me. And. He says... He says. Send me a headshot you like. And I'm like, what the hell's going on? I thought. In my mind, I'm like... Is he going to take the George Costanza phone? Photo from...

SPEAKER 1: Seinfeld when he's like just in his underwear on the couch. Thank And just put one together. Thank you You know? And.

SPEAKER 1: He didn't tell me what he's doing. And Then it came. A box came in the mail. With a note and I'm like, holy crap. You know. And those things I got, you know. I'm sure that was not. Cheat. To do especially custom Like, that's crazy to me.

SPEAKER 2: That's all. It's very cool.

SPEAKER 1: And then when my wife says, you know, I'm not attracted to you anymore, John. I say, how about the Bible, though? Well, the Bible... And she says, yeah, that's not too bad.

SPEAKER 2: The bobblehead is very svelte.

SPEAKER 2: Gracias.

SPEAKER 1: Benefit of Good.

SPEAKER 2: With I think they charge by the amount of material they use. So I think they saved a little bit of money.

SPEAKER 2: Bye.

SPEAKER 1: Hey, John's not skinny. But I have a budget here. Can you just give them the skinny Bible?

SPEAKER 2: Yes, I'll take a start.

SPEAKER 1: And And thanks to Orlando, he points out. So everyone, real quick, I'll make this quick. Any guest? That comes on the show. Sports Car Nation. The first time gets. A podcast guest card. I make those. And then I send the guests some. Put a cell phone. Addressed envelope. And I ask everyone to sign one and send it back. And it goes in. To the podcast.

SPEAKER 1: Guess book here. So that's. That's what our land. For those that rather land those. You know And some, yeah. That's a great, even people in the chat room have sent me stuff. And guys. I don't care if it's 50 cents. Or or or $50 or whatever. Right?

SPEAKER 1: It's not the amount, right? It's the fact. And this goes for everyone. If someone's ever sent you a rack. Random act of kindness. Throw the dollar amount out the window, okay? And Listen, not the... I'll pat myself on the back a little bit.

SPEAKER 1: I've sent out stuff too. So it's not a one way. You know, thing. But... It makes you feel good. I really enjoy. Sending stuff out, especially if I know. Someone's going to really appreciate that. I obviously tried to send something. That that they will. So.

SPEAKER 1: You know, it's good for your soul. It's... You know, if you're a karma guy...

SPEAKER 1: I tend to be a karma guy. It's good for. For your karma. For what that's worth. And, It's easy to do. It's not as hard. As you think. If the Postal Service keeps raiding... Raising rates it's going to get a little bit harder but.

SPEAKER 2: Stephen says, I sent John and Kenny Pickett, rookie card. Thank and came back with her to the center.

SPEAKER 1: No i gotta you know i don't know oh look i haven't even put it away yet this is Speaking of Ruben. This is from... The National, McDonald's, I think 76. Harry Bradshaw. You know that. You know That's just cool stuff, man.

SPEAKER 2: Mookie says we should have Garbage Pail Kids cards for card mentions, and he's come up with names for us. I'd be dreidel, and you'd be jockstrap. Yeah.

SPEAKER 1: Yeah.

SPEAKER 1: I like it. I like that. Is there i wonder if there's a site you know how you have filters that like Is there a site that you can like... Sort of put in a real picture and it like produces. The garbage. Pale kid.

SPEAKER 2: How the heck do I know?

SPEAKER 1: I don't know. I'm going to look into it.

SPEAKER 2: I've never tried to be a garbage belt kid before.

SPEAKER 1: Well, we're going to do, like, I don't know how long we're going to do. We're going to try it like we did the Mench card for this year. We're going to try to do a magic card every year. With a different theme. So that would be pretty cool.

SPEAKER 2: Warren, you missed it. I showed your comment. I'll show I'll put it up again.

SPEAKER 1: Yeah, don't make people mad, Danny.

SPEAKER 2: No, especially this was so nice. Let's read it. I'm sorry, Warren.

SPEAKER 2: He truly enjoys seeing us.

SPEAKER 2: What makes this fun every other Friday?

SPEAKER 2: Along with these other card clowns in here. Yes, definitely a term of endearment.

SPEAKER 1: And here's the thing. Here's the thing. And again, I'm going to pat both of us on the back. I think the chat room guys, especially the ones. We've met. Right. What you see, like, here... Is what you get in person. Like, I don't act any different.

SPEAKER 1: When I go to school, I don't act like to work, I don't. Act. And when I met people at the National or any card show, this is... This is... There might be some shtick here with this. The whole... For solidification.

SPEAKER 1: Is not a shtick. And I'll just say this, I'll be as polite as I can. Not every content creator is the same off the air. As they are on, and I can attest to that. I'm meeting someone, I'm the person. Thank you So. Oh, man.

SPEAKER 1: You can call me ugly. You can call me fat. But you're not going to call me disingenuous.

SPEAKER 1: Thank Yeah. So, and I'm not going to fall under that category.

SPEAKER 1: And you don't either. And I think everyone we've met in the chat room. Has been funny and genuine and likable and themselves and And that's the beauty, right? Go. I gravitate towards people like. That. Because that's how I try to be. Or how I am. Right not even try So.

SPEAKER 1: Orlando's welcome anytime.

SPEAKER 1: You might be seeing more of him. On another show.

SPEAKER 1: Starting next month. So.

SPEAKER 1: But... You know, I think there's something to be said about that when you meet somebody in the hobby community. In person maybe for the first time and that That personnel. Personality matches in person you know The only thing maybe it pairs I'm a little more quiet or shy or reserved Just because, believe it or not, I'm actually kind of a shy guy. Until I get to really know you, and then I'll bet, sir. Are off But...

SPEAKER 1: You know and i i just think it's not even a hobby thing i think when people are like that whatever You do.

SPEAKER 1: It's refreshing, right?

SPEAKER 2: Absolutely. And the reason I just put this up is...

SPEAKER 2: Warren's asking Mookie if he has the 73 World Series program. That's what I'm talking about. That's the community.

SPEAKER 1: Well, think about the National, which... You know, last, what are we? Four weeks out from it.

SPEAKER 2: Three weeks.

SPEAKER 1: Yeah. All right. Thanks for. Correcting me.

SPEAKER 2: I've been counting.

SPEAKER 1: Yeah. But think... How many, you know, when I was looking for the Seaver rookie. How many people like texting me, hey. Booth, you know, 1126. Psa 6 1600 bucks or whatever, things like that. Right? Look it out for me. And I did the same.

SPEAKER 1: For people I knew were looking. For certain things, right? They're looking out for one another. No one has to do that. Like it's. It's hard to not like the shows. Busy Yeah. Everything's a blur. You're trying to cover. Ground. You're talking to people.

SPEAKER 1: And before you know it, the day's over, right? So the fact that someone's willing to take some time out of their day. To try to help you find a car. And that's happened numerous times. I try to help. People On cards I know they're looking for. That's just cool. And you can't. You don't put a price on something like that. That. And. You know, that's...

SPEAKER 1: That's the stuff. That's when we talk about. The community, right? That's the good. The good side of. Of of this and It's not a dollar amount. If you get a rack, if you send a rack. You took the time out of your day. To put that together. And get it on its way to to someone else to because you knew they would appreciate it. Probably more than you do.

SPEAKER 2: You know Thanks for Oh! Sorry.

SPEAKER 1: You Maybe they did. Maybe they took like... A Schwab or Chicago Cubs and just. Painted. Painted my clothes on it.

SPEAKER 2: And if you only listen to the audio. Stephen says, I would have just. Bought a Kyle Schwerber bobblehead and told Johnny.

SPEAKER 1: Thank Or John Kroc. No, John. Croc. Yes That's what my softball team. That's my nickname on my softball team. When I come up to bed, they're like, come on. Kruk, let's go. So.

SPEAKER 2: Ruben says, wait, you had good cell service at the National? That's why I walked away from PSA. On a re-holder and luckily ran into a guy from nash cards who took care of it Well, there you go.

SPEAKER 1: Yeah, no, I would get messages. You know, probably 20, 30, 40 minutes after. There after they were probably sent. I sent one. My son's a big. Beatles kid, and I sent him a couple pictures. Of Beatles stuff that was at like at Heritage. They never sent. They never got him. So, yeah.

SPEAKER 1: The internet was not good there.

SPEAKER 1: By the way, Nash cards, Chris Kelsey. A little quick story. He is from Fulton, New York. About 20 minutes.

SPEAKER 1: What are you laughing at? Because you know the story?

SPEAKER 2: No, because of course he's from New York.

SPEAKER 1: Well, originally, now he lives in Nashville, or he has three stores. But he's from full New York. And I played. This is double-digit years ago. I was in the Fulton Softball League. And. We played in it together. And in this league. Fulton's kind of a little country town. They actually... Put the box scores in.

SPEAKER 1: Recaps. Of the games of the softball league. In the sports page. Of the Fulton Times. And. I played against Chris Kelsey in this. In the softball league. And I was on a really good team. Tschüss Be told. And so we won and. It had the box going in. I showed this to him when he came on the show.

SPEAKER 1: He got a kick out of it. Like it was a box score, you know. It said, you know, John Newman went three for four, yada, yada. For the losing side, Chris Kelsey-Wett. Two for four. And with a double and two ribbies and that sort of thing. So it was. Small world right here we are years later I'm doing a podcast.

SPEAKER 1: He's got three stores. In the hobby. So. There you go. It all connects. It's a seven degrees. Of Kevin Bacon.

SPEAKER 2: I think you're the Kevin Bacon of a hobby.

SPEAKER 1: I'm more like the Kevin Ham. Peace.

SPEAKER 2: 7 a.m.

SPEAKER 1: Thank I don't know. I just made it up.

SPEAKER 1: I do like bacon. I do like bacon.

SPEAKER 2: I do like bacon as well.

SPEAKER 2: Ruben has come out with some blasphemy.

SPEAKER 2: Responding to your loving son and his love for the Beatles.

SPEAKER 2: He has trounced that love by saying the Stones are way better than the Beatles.

SPEAKER 1: Don't tell my son that. Those are fighting words.

SPEAKER 2: I put in timeout. He will not be silenced.

SPEAKER 1: I don't have a problem with the Rolling Stones. I like both. Bands. My son's like a... Like a big Beatles kid, like huge. I say kid, he's 24. So long.

SPEAKER 1: You know. Thank you, sir. This? That was a grapple. Who's Kevin? Yeah, I'll take that, too. And don't call me late for dinner, Ruben. That's why I skip lunch at the National and I make up for it at the dinnertime. Cleveland.

SPEAKER 2: Our food was an interesting...

SPEAKER 2: Situation. We just drove around some nights looking for anything open. I don't know if anybody noticed in Cleveland that everything closed at 9 or 10.

SPEAKER 1: Yeah, that was different. That was different. Well, the outskirts. I mean, maybe in the city, city.

SPEAKER 2: Yeah, just in our suburb. And the Beatles. The Stones are a great live band, nothing against the Stones. But the Beatles are on another level.

SPEAKER 1: Listen, they're both in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. There's another.

SPEAKER 2: They are.

SPEAKER 1: Shout out to Cleveland.

SPEAKER 2: So wait, no comments on Beatles versus Stones?

SPEAKER 1: I don't think it's going to happen. I mean, it's like Jordan versus LeBron. I think there's one clear.

SPEAKER 2: How would. Get a some feedback Actually... The the three autograph card The triple auto.

SPEAKER 2: Lebron Curry.

SPEAKER 2: And Durant.

SPEAKER 1: Yeah.

SPEAKER 2: Would you have any interest in buying a pack for a one in half a million chance for that?

SPEAKER 1: No, not really. And that's weird to say because, like, when the When the mega ball or the mega millions gets like crazy, crazy money. I don't really know. Play it. But then I'll play. I'll throw five bucks at it.

SPEAKER 2: Reuben, I'm just saying.

SPEAKER 1: No, I'm not going to do that because Backyard Breakers is going to. Pull it.

SPEAKER 2: Right.

SPEAKER 2: Bye Thank You know what?

SPEAKER 1: It's already in the bag. In the bag. For them.

SPEAKER 2: Yeah Mookie Mookie is absolutely correct Yeah, man.

SPEAKER 1: And Ruben makes a great point. The Stones are like still touring.

SPEAKER 2: Well, yeah, Mookie says that the Beatles were Koufax and the Stones were Phil Necro. So. I'll take care of folks.

SPEAKER 1: Yeah, I think that's not a bad analogy.

SPEAKER 2: Nah, the stones are better than Phil Nekro, but... The...

SPEAKER 1: How many grow West Peaky Goods? Phil Negro with Sneaky Good. I'm not saying he's Koufax or Bob Gibson.

SPEAKER 2: We will join you.

SPEAKER 2: I'll give away. I'll give him Nolan Ryan. The Stones are Nolan Ryan.

SPEAKER 1: Phil Negro.

SPEAKER 2: The Beatles.

SPEAKER 1: He won 300 games.

SPEAKER 2: Yeah, but he was a knuckleballer. The stones are... Or maybe the greatest.

SPEAKER 1: Pure 300 game i don't care how many years you play That's going to be a number that's... That's harder now than it ever was.

SPEAKER 2: For The Stones are better at music. Than Phil Negros wasn't.

SPEAKER 1: They're both pretty good.

SPEAKER 2: You disagree with me?

SPEAKER 1: It's closer than you making it out to be. I'm not. Saying that Phil Negros. The Rolling Stones. In comparison to the Beatles, with the Beatles being... Gibson or Koufax, you know, but. He's a pretty good pitcher. You know, sometimes I think... We discount knuckleballers. Like... As if like Their lesser... Carson? You know, they just throw it.

SPEAKER 2: But I'm a Lester pitcher. He's a Lester pitcher.

SPEAKER 1: They're throwing less miles per hour, that's all. They still got to... They still got to get people out.

SPEAKER 2: Oranges. We are so off course.

SPEAKER 2: Another beer.

SPEAKER 1: My beer's gone. Why? Bring me one. I need one too if you're going out.

SPEAKER 2: We tell you every show that we...

SPEAKER 2: We know where we start. We never know where we're finished.

SPEAKER 1: By the way, for those who care, which is probably one person. That was a Southwicks. Red Ale. And I got to say. First time I had it, and there's actually a little left. It's pretty good.

SPEAKER 2: All right so You want to move back on to cards? Off the beetles and the stones. Yeah yeah I'm going to ask this question, and I know I'm going to get... Totally pooped on in the ciao Anybody going to Fanatics Fest.

SPEAKER 2: Just out of curiosity.

SPEAKER 2: And I know our chat room. But I'm just curious if anybody's gone to Fanatics Fest.

SPEAKER 1: How do you know they're not there already?

SPEAKER 2: The argument for that. That's awesome. Are you in your hotel room watching us from Fanatics Fest right now?

SPEAKER 2: I'm going to guess that's a no. Listen I wonder if I could die.

SPEAKER 1: Good morning. Listen, it's in my hometown. I don't live there now.

SPEAKER 1: But. I just have too much going on this weekend. You're going, obviously. That's where you're going to get that.

SPEAKER 2: It's also the East Coast now.

SPEAKER 1: Put on your jacket. Put on your... Yeah, he's... I'm doing a show tomorrow in Watertown, New York. My monthly show where I. I give everyone their. Folks up as she sees and take in The next month's submissions, I got to be there.

SPEAKER 1: You know. Someone tried to talk me out of it. Going and And going to New York City, I just can't. I can't do it. So.

SPEAKER 2: Who do you do that for? You got somebody on the phone?

SPEAKER 1: Orlando. What? No, someone else did too. Someone else did too.

SPEAKER 1: I just can't, I can't do it. I thought about Sunday. But you're not going to be there Sunday, so I won't see you. I don't like. I kind of made my decision. Sort of for me.

SPEAKER 1: Orlando said. Orlando said. Orland, no. That's more than now.

SPEAKER 2: I will fess up. I'm going up for the day tomorrow.

SPEAKER 2: Out of curiosity, a little bit of business. But. Just want to see what it's about.

SPEAKER 2: I have no expectations one way or the other. Just curious.

SPEAKER 2: On what it is don't know that i'm going to go to another one maybe i'll enjoy it It's a whole new... It's a whole new type of show. So I'm... I'm just curious. I'm not expecting my classic. Card show by any means. I'm not bringing any cards. I'm not expecting to buy anything, but. You never know.

SPEAKER 2: So. We'll see after that. But I do know, I mean, there are a bunch of people there. I mean, you know. In the hobby And we've heard. We've heard that it's good vibes. Whatever that means. But it seems to me like a... Pretty fast. I'm not, I haven't seen a lot on the card share side.

SPEAKER 1: I would like to go.

SPEAKER 1: I will say this. It's definitely not a show I would. Probably go to every one. That's the national. For me. And I don't think... That's not going to replace. The national and we talked about this a little bit before we even went live People like to compare things, right? That really aren't in the same category. You know, we can compare the Ravens and the Steelers. Because they're trying for the same Lombardi.

SPEAKER 2: No, they're not the same category. They're not the same category. The Ravens are up here and the Steelers are down here.

SPEAKER 1: But then... They're trying for the same trophy, right? These are two different shows marketed in two different ways. So I don't think the comparisons are fair to either entity. Maybe that's a future men's show.

SPEAKER 1: In itself.

SPEAKER 1: And you're going to have more to say about that than me because you're actually going to go.

SPEAKER 1: And see it firsthand. I can only... See you vicariously.

SPEAKER 1: Through others and If I was going. I wouldn't hold it up against the National and vice versa.

SPEAKER 1: Because they're not. The They're not. Meant to be.

SPEAKER 1: You know, there's going to be multiple of this fanatics type fest around the country. There's only one national, so they're different there. That there's going to be more tables. I would with cards. There's going to be more cards. At the National.

SPEAKER 1: There's going to be more corporate that are hobby related only. At the National. So these are two different. These are two different things, and... Yes, there are similarities, but they're not exact. Week. The same.

SPEAKER 2: Reuben, I'm not sure they come fresh.

SPEAKER 1: Should I? I got a ton of terrible towels. Like, I could make a...

SPEAKER 2: Everyone is terrible. No argument.

SPEAKER 1: Right.

SPEAKER 1: So.

SPEAKER 2: No, you're right.

SPEAKER 1: Bill Boltsifer. Former Met. Former Mets.

SPEAKER 2: One of the big three, remember?

SPEAKER 1: Yeah, Isringhausen. Pulsifer. And who am I missing?

SPEAKER 2: The one who made it. Wasn't it What's his name? He ended up playing for the Orioles.

SPEAKER 2: Playboy wife.

SPEAKER 1: If you play for Oreos, you've got to name them. Like, that's your thing.

SPEAKER 2: No, it was not. It was Wilson.

SPEAKER 1: Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah.

SPEAKER 2: Paul Wilson. Paul Wilson's not who I was thinking of. I was wrong.

SPEAKER 1: Yeah. You know, Iserhoutenhausen... Definitely not a Hall of Famer. You didn't have a bad little career. Like, he's, you know.

SPEAKER 2: He's nowhere near a Mets Hall of Famer.

SPEAKER 1: No, he became a closer on the back half of his career. Became a pretty good closer.

SPEAKER 2: With who?

SPEAKER 1: The Cardinals, somebody else I'm forgetting. I don't know. Someone should look it up.

SPEAKER 2: Thank you, Mookie. Chris Benson is who I was thinking of.

SPEAKER 1: Or Ben McDonald.

SPEAKER 2: Ben McDonald's a broadcaster right now. Yeah Yeah, Izzy was the closer.

SPEAKER 1: Yeah, he was a starter when he first came up, though.

SPEAKER 2: Well, they all had arm injuries. Değil mi?

SPEAKER 1: Evet. Probably.

SPEAKER 2: One, in fact, we're talking about... Somebody got me. And this was Jason. A Mike Boddicker rookie card. He's a Red Sox fan. I'm an Oriole fan. And boddicker got traded from the orioles to the red sox so we share we share that player and talking about gifts that meant a lot.

SPEAKER 2: That was a nice connection between the two cities. And he gave that to me at the...

SPEAKER 3: Content creators dinner at a...

SPEAKER 3: And that was just very much.

SPEAKER 4: Cool stuff, man. I got this. I got this at that same dinner.

SPEAKER 4: It's a good explanation It's a challenge, gentlemen. Named AJ came up to me. I didn't know him. I could see. I think I was talking to Ruben or it might have been someone else. And I could see he was like waiting. Like to talk to me. You just sense it.

SPEAKER 4: And so I kind of wrapped up my conversation and I whoever was on, I say, I'll get back with you. Hey, uh... He approached me and he extended his hand. He said, hey, my name's AJ. You don't know me, but I love your show. And me and my son listen all the time.

SPEAKER 4: I love the content. I appreciate, John, that you don't swear. That I can watch. The show. Or listen to the show and not worry about my son. Hearing a bad word and i said no it's done on purpose.

SPEAKER 4: And. Very, very appreciative and thankful. And he goes, I'm a.

SPEAKER 4: You know, a federal agent in Kentucky. And we only get so many of these challenge coins. And I want to give you one. And this thing's heavy. And, So it's got like a, it might be hard. It's got like a Kentucky Derby. You can see the ATF. Badge there And on the back, again, it's hard to see.

SPEAKER 4: It says 2024. It's got the ATF logo. It's obviously in a horseshoe. Shape for Kentucky in the you know, the run for the roses.

SPEAKER 4: This thing is heavy and it sits on my desk.

SPEAKER 4: And I use it as a paperwork. Keep my notes and cards and stuff. Underneath it. And, just really touched. By that, that someone... Brought that. Hoping to give it to me.

SPEAKER 4: And Dan had said just such nice things, man. But... You know, Just really cool. And I, you know.

SPEAKER 4: I remember texting my wife that night. Like Telling her the story and sending her the picture. You know, she's like, that's cool. So. Stuff like that, man.

SPEAKER 3: Very cool story.

SPEAKER 4: It's not a story. It's real.

SPEAKER 3: Well, Mookie says it's nice to talk to a federal agent once without handcuffs on.

SPEAKER 4: I was different. It was different. And I appreciate it walking on. Walking out on my own. We're cognizants, and I got in your car. And that. Now they, uh... Ford or sedan. With blacked out windows.

SPEAKER 3: Steven talking about going to the headrest.

SPEAKER 4: But... Danny knows this. Sorry. Danny knows. I'm not going to tell it today. But I did have to talk to the FBI. Fbi one. Yes. It's not.

SPEAKER 3: Yes. Beatles definitely.

SPEAKER 4: How about. How about. Beastie Boys. Beastie Boys versus Beatles.

SPEAKER 3: Beatles, but it's apples and oranges. You're talking...

SPEAKER 3: I'm sorry, gentlemen. I will say I thought the Beastie Boys were underrepresented at the hall.

SPEAKER 4: They had some stuff, though. They had some cool items there. I'm not going to. I won't be in a huge... Beated and Beastie Boys. I guess I'd say super fan. I wasn't. I wasn't that disciplined. Point at the head. I took some photos of some stuff.

SPEAKER 3: Yeah, no, it was definitely cool.

SPEAKER 3: Okay.

SPEAKER 4: There you go. Thank you Yep. Now I hear it in my head. I'm definitely going to play some Beastie Boys. On the way to my show tomorrow morning.

SPEAKER 3: I'm so old, this is a true statement. The record is on my record player downstairs of the Beastie Boys greatest hits.

SPEAKER 4: Oh, the greatest hits?

SPEAKER 4: This one?

SPEAKER 3: Yup. You know it.

SPEAKER 4: Well, this is licensed now. This is It's the 30th anniversary.

SPEAKER 3: Oh, yeah.

SPEAKER 4: This was a Christmas gift. I'm here. Few years back from my son.

SPEAKER 3: I don't have the 30th anniversary. That's the expensive one.

SPEAKER 3: Warren keeps dropping us. Warren is actually still at the National in Cleveland. He never got out.

SPEAKER 4: Well, he is. He is in Cleveland. We got that partly right.

SPEAKER 3: Mike Petty says, Just listen to Brothers Johnson. Thank StrawberryLetter23 and StompOnDevCon10. Neighbors hate me. You Thank Reuben, after John got a siever. The state of New York issued him his license to ill again.

SPEAKER 4: Okay Thank Yeah, now I gotta decide. What's the next card? No, I really haven't really bought it. I haven't really bought anything since the National. So what's the next card I go after? It's going to be a little bit cheaper, obviously. Or a lot cheaper, but I don't know. I have a long list.

SPEAKER 4: It's not like I can't.

SPEAKER 3: I mean, after Togo, I'm worried you're going to watch Bambi and have to buy the Walt Disney.

SPEAKER 4: There's a limit. There's a. There's a method to my madness, sort of.

SPEAKER 3: Are you going to watch a Travis Scott video and have to get a box of Travis Scott?

SPEAKER 4: Now You can take that to the bank, not going to happen.

SPEAKER 3: Thank Thank you Thank Here we go.

SPEAKER 3: Next card is a Mavs rookie.

SPEAKER 4: Amaz...

SPEAKER 4: As in Mazeroski or Lee Mazzilli, Mads?

SPEAKER 3: I was assuming it was Mazeroski.

SPEAKER 4: Yeah. Nick can go a couple different ways.

SPEAKER 3: Yeah.

SPEAKER 4: I have a branch on a rookie. I have a branch that's behind me as well. It's a six.

SPEAKER 3: And Joe Namath was just overrated. And I'm...

SPEAKER 4: I'm not like... I like Terry Bradshaw obviously being...

SPEAKER 4: A Steeler fan since that. That time period. But I'm not one of those Steeler fans that, like... Thanks, Terry Bradshaw is like the greatest quarterback. Like he's. He's a very good quarterback. He's in Canton. But I think he's... I think he's slightly overrated. He's got four rings. He's not overrated in that. Department. But you know he I don't. You know, I think he threw slightly more touchdowns. Other than picks.

SPEAKER 4: Career.

SPEAKER 3: So, There we go. Ruben says, Warren, I have a man. And the PSA 7. Let's see if we can work a deal.

SPEAKER 4: Ha ha ha!

SPEAKER 3: Спасибо. Ruben, are you willing to part with that match?

SPEAKER 4: Yeah, he might have been a better actor.

SPEAKER 4: Then a quarter. No, I'm just kidding.

SPEAKER 3: Okay Well, who was more overrated, him or Naaman?

SPEAKER 4: Oh, it's the stat. Right on the button, man. 212 and 212.

SPEAKER 3: Yep.

SPEAKER 4: Very crazy It's crazy when you think about that.

SPEAKER 3: Kenny Pickens was better than Terry Bradshaw. Ruben says, nope, he's not selling the gas. Well then you're just teasing well We tried.

SPEAKER 4: We tried, Ward. Yeah We tried.

SPEAKER 3: That's a good question.

SPEAKER 3: Who is an underrated?

SPEAKER 3: You know, I think. Oh.

SPEAKER 3: I think Reggie is still up. Underrated but i've been saying that for a year or two.

SPEAKER 4: There was a time period though in the hobby here's the crazy thing with reggie tell me People in the chat room and you, Danny, tell me. There was a point in the hobby. Where he actually was overrated. And now I think today. He's underrated. So he's warped. Both of those hats in the hobby. At different times. Anyone else see that? I mean, I agree or just.

SPEAKER 3: I definitely think he's been undervalued, underrated for a while.

SPEAKER 3: Reggie agrees.

SPEAKER 4: Reggie, what? Reggie would agree. Is richard Yeah, he definitely is. Not in Ricky's mind. Not in Ricky's mind. Did you see him on the eBay stage? É internacional? That was pretty cool. I stayed and watched a little bit of that.

SPEAKER 3: Ruben says he wants a reggie and a six or seven.

SPEAKER 4: I don't have. So here's, you know... This will tell you something about weird, like... I tell the story that one of the reasons I'm into hobbies, that first 79 Tops Pack, I pulled a Reggie. I have that set, not the exact 79. Top Scar. But I have that card in a... Psa 8. Over there to remind me of like how I got my start. Or how the hobby started for me.

SPEAKER 4: Right But I don't have a Reggie rookie. I've had it before. I've owned it at different... Multiple times. But at the moment, I do not own a Reggie rookie, right?

SPEAKER 3: I, uh... Talking about Ricky Henderson. Not Reggie, talking about Ricky Henderson.

SPEAKER 3: I think he is good-ish.

SPEAKER 4: Yes, when we did that show about greatest living ball player. His name came up. Thank Plenty.

SPEAKER 3: Well, you're... All-time leader in walks and runs.

SPEAKER 4: I do kind of need one. Mike, I do. Like, I want one, but I'm not, like... I'm not, like, fiending over it. Yeah. You know, but I mean. You know, it's... Spunkin'up under a-it's actually very affordable. Card. It's not like it's... You know hard to get or No, it's not cheap, but it's not expensive either. I should get that. Really high, high. Great.

SPEAKER 3: But here, let's check. The auction. For the Ricky Anderson rookie.

SPEAKER 4: And see what i have one behind me there's one by I have one of those behind me.

SPEAKER 3: Well, I'm going to check the price on the auction. With one day remaining, the PSA aid is at $151.

SPEAKER 4: Yeah You want my favorite Ricky story? Thank you And I'm going to really screw this story up. It's the bus and the... He gets on the bus. And.

SPEAKER 4: You know, I think he sits in the front or something like that.

SPEAKER 4: Someone says, hey, Ricky. All the place. I think he was with the Padres. Hey Ricky, the guys with tenure. You know, T E N. Ure Get to sit in the back. And he's like, 10 year? I got 20 here.

SPEAKER 3: Yeah.

SPEAKER 3: There's lots of Ricky stories.

SPEAKER 4: There is a... That's my personal favorite. That's my.

SPEAKER 3: Steven said, He's looking to get a Nolan Ryan rookie card this year. Never had one.

SPEAKER 4: I've had it. I don't own one. Today. It's on my list. But it's not right up there, you know? And that, you know, speaking of that. Like. This The Seabirds should be way valued higher. Than that Noah Ryan. Like. Tom's so good at that, Mia.

SPEAKER 3: No, I'm agreeing with you. Tom Seaver was a much better pitcher than Nolan Rice.

SPEAKER 4: I'm glad it wasn't because I could buy one.

SPEAKER 4: You know. I've always thought that even before I bought. One That it's a. It should be much higher than the Ryanite. It's a high number. I think Seaver's a better pitcher. He just doesn't have... Does my note... No hitters is no Ryan Dunn.

SPEAKER 3: Well, Nolan Ryan was tremendous for a long period of time, but he... If you look at where he finished in Cy Young, he was not often thought about. As one of the top pitchers in his league in most years. And if you look where Seaver would have finished. Siever dominated. Yeah. And Orlando says Seaver is a much tougher card and better pick.

SPEAKER 4: I When did those waves independent with me? Yep. So we can make a case for even though it is not a cheap card. See where Rookie should probably even be more money. Potential.

SPEAKER 3: I assume he's talking about...

SPEAKER 3: Warren, which card are you talking about here? You picked up a six for $40.

SPEAKER 4: Yeah.

SPEAKER 3: I think it's the Henderson rookie.

SPEAKER 3: Is what he's talking about And Mike Petty's talking about the Henderson rookie. They're hard to find with nice eye appeal, 99% are off-center.

SPEAKER 4: Até mais.

SPEAKER 4: I have a seven. I have a seven.

SPEAKER 3: Yeah, this 7 at the auction is not bad. But there's no way it's going to happen.

SPEAKER 4: I have a couple more in my show inventory. I have a. Another seven in my show inventory and a six. That's. In No different than the boxes going to. I think. I might have sold one. There might be one left.

SPEAKER 3: Thank Mookie says Nolan finished with a flourish in the big hobby boom 5,000 strikeouts and no-nos during the cardboard explosion.

SPEAKER 4: Yeah, that's a great point.

SPEAKER 3: John? Excellent. What?

SPEAKER 4: And listen, Nolan Ryan's a Hall of Fame pitcher. He's a great pitcher. I'm not. I'm not.

SPEAKER 4: Pooping on that, okay? I just think.

SPEAKER 3: It was better than...

SPEAKER 4: Well, you know, yeah, I'm not arguing. We're not talking... We're talking Seaver and Ryan, not Negro and Ryan. What? But... I think he's right. I think some people view him better than other pitchers that he's actually not better. I think that's what happens. And listen, no-hitters are cool. They're not common. They're not common.

SPEAKER 4: We fall in love with him, as we should.

SPEAKER 4: And he threw a lot of them, you know. But... Listen. There's been some bad pitchers who've thrown a no-hit. Now, you know, what is he, Ryan F7 of him? You don't throw seven out. Of them without being skilled. But you can throw one. And just have. Just be on for a night.

SPEAKER 3: Yeah, and he threw like one a decade. So.

SPEAKER 3: Thank All right, my friend. This was cathartic for me. Thank you to the... The Chairroom, thank you to you.

SPEAKER 3: Yeah.

SPEAKER 4: Like, Amen. Listen.

SPEAKER 4: And I'm gonna give some shine here. To to my good friend Danny. You know, knowing what's going on in his world and in his life. I said, Danny, you sure you want to do this show? Like, you ain't going to hurt my feelings. You got to. You know We take a night off. Or we don't do the show. Period. You know And. He said, nope, I need it. And we're going to do it. And so here we are. Ciao. You know.

SPEAKER 4: That just tells you. You know. And I miss the show going to Savannah Bananas. Baseball game. Now I really feel. Extra bad about that.

SPEAKER 3: Thank That's the only reason I did it tonight. I just wanted to.

SPEAKER 4: We're on place ready.

SPEAKER 3: I'm glad it's...
